WHO ATTENDS? Studies indicate that about half of the people come from within twenty miles of Highland Village. Most of the balance is from within thirty five miles of Highland Village. The Highland Village metro area includes the cities of Lewisville, Flower Mound, Denton, Grapevine, The Colony, Lake Cities, and Carrollton. It is one of the fastest growing areas in north Texas. Highland Village is a beautiful community on the shores of Lake Lewisville, located in south Denton County.

The Balloon Festival and Fair has contributed significantly to the community from revenues generated in this three day event.
